MADA is a community hub advancing health equity, economic opportunity, and leadership development in Montrose. Through senior meals, youth programs and empowerment initiatives, resource navigation, gap assistance, and our shared-use kitchen for entrepreneurs, we create inclusive spaces that remove barriers, build confidence and leadership in young people, strengthen local voice, and expand opportunity—especially for underserved families.

This space honors the rich history and enduring contributions of Mexican American, Hispanic, and Ute families in shaping Montrose and the Tortilla Flats neighborhood. Their labor, culture, leadership, and traditions helped build the foundation of our community, and their stories continue to guide and inspire our work today.

Equity is not a program at MADA, it is our foundation. We are committed to serving and uplifting underserved community members through inclusive partnerships, local investment, and projects designed to expand access, agency, and opportunity for all. From who we serve, to who we collaborate with to who we choose for contractors, MADA is intentional with our work.
